Sister's Cafe

First I want to say that the food was great, we got several different items from the regular menu and the kids menu. Portions we’re good. I got the roasted turkey sandwich it was toasted nicely and loaded with toppings.The kids max and cheese was actually really tasty, not a boxed Mac and cheese. This is our second time here and we would definitely come back. The one issue we had is that service was a bit slow. Possibly they were understaffed for the time of day as it was busy and there was only one server

This review is for takeout only. The ambiance of the restaurant is awesome and looks like a great place to eat in. We ordered just two regular sandwiches to-go with no sides. The cashier asked us for the name of our order, and the we pointed out to the cashier that we would wait on the couches so it’s be easy for her to find us. We waited for a very long time, and when my husband went to check the order was sitting already bagged up in the kitchen. It seems they forgot to bring it out and it had been sitting a while. I had requested extra Mayo and mustard on my sandwich, and there was almost no spread at all. My husband enjoyed his sandwich which was toasted though! I think dining in would be a different experience so would give them another shot next time we’re in town.

Great hole-in-the-wall place to sit down and have a great meal, especially if you’re passing through like we were. The atmosphere is rustic and homey with a modern twist. Some of the most delicious Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. Very friendly and efficient service. Definitely will be coming back next time we’re passing through again!

Was treated very rude and was left unattended for a long time just just because I asked for a cup of ice. The waitress decided to go to a bigger group and attend them better rather than me and my guests. Since we were a smaller group. Made me feel that she was just looking for a bigger tip since the other group was a larger group. Talked to the owner and let her know what had happened, she denied everything and said that her workers were not like that. I let her know that I come from a big city California and in California you don't do this kind of bad service, She replied by saying that she is also from California and she knows that her workers are just overwhelmed with a lot of customers. If anybody is from big city they know what busy looks like and workers are still nice to their customers and manage to get to them especially if they're just asking for a cup of ice they don't make them wait for 20 minutes and get mad after you remind them again wear your cup of ice is. Overall this is a bad service and And the owner is just rude and does not know about good customer service she is only there because it is a small town and there is not much restaurants.
