Huddle House

Horrible experience. Would give it negative stars if it would let me. Will not stop back at this location ever again. Was not greeted when we entered; waitress never wrote down our order so 90% of everything brought to our table had to be sent back to be corrected; initial order and refills on our drinks, silverware, jelly, cream and sugar, napkins were all gotten by me having to get up and ask for them. Food was decent but the horrible customer service will keep me away from this location forever!

Bathrooms was clean but that was all. Outdated. Friendly cook. Waitress needs training. No hello when we came in. No menu, had to ask. We were at bar to order take out. Waitress ring order wrong, I told her it was high but she said it was right. I grabbed take out ticket from register and order was to high. Would not recommend. Waitress on phone and should b cleaning, filthy! Food was burnt tasting but not burned, so tells me grill never cleaned. Now my stomach hurts, probably get sick. We ordered plain sausage biscuit and a smothered plate with the works, 1 orange juice. $20?

If I could leave a review without a star I would. We ordered at 6:40 and said our offer would be ready at 7:14. Needless to say when my husband got there it was not ready on time. He didn’t leave until 7:49! And it only takes about 7 minutes to get to our house from Pelham and when he got here all of our food was cold! It was like our food had been sitting there the entire time he waited. We’ve had iffy experiences on and off but this was by far the worst.

Ordered online because no one would pick up the phone. Arrived at 7:14 PM because that's when it stated it would be ready. No one greeted me at the registered.. i had to ask for help and the help that I received was not helpful at all. Food was over cooked and it was cold. Horrible experience. Will prob be another year before i go back.

Horrible restaurant. We arrived at 7:00 and place order. After an hour of waiting, I inquired about our food which had not even started being cooked. The shift manager tried to us that is was because all the call in orders. I pointed out that 2 other groups arrived after we did had already received their food so that was not an excuse. Again, horrible restaurant.
