Subway

Avoid this place. The staff is turning away customers to supposedly unload a truck during the lunch rush at 1pm on a Friday. Refused to serve anyone. Horrible customer service! Will not be back. The Burger King next door gladly accepted my business and the staff there was professional and courteous. Subway could learn a few things from the neighboring establishments.

I would rather walk through the trenches of hell in 3 sizes too small 8” pumps carrying a 170 pound backpack on fire than spend my time and/or money at this subway ever again. The first thing to greet me at the door was a dead roach and the unpleasant smell of 6th grade boys locker room BO!! Despite the establishment being filled with waiting customers, the two employees behind the counter moved without haste. The young man preparing the sandwiches took approximately 5 minutes to make each 6 inch sub. After telling the lady behind the counter we would be dining in 3 times (each time followed with her nod of understanding), she continued to wrap each sub to go. This establishment lacks good customer service and the food was far from mediocre, unlike any other subway i’ve ever eaten.

I have lived in several states and several cities. In all the years I've been eating at Subway, I've never had a more professional experience with Subway than I had last Saturday night. The employee's name was Wesley, he said he had only been working at Subway for 3 weeks. I went in around 8, 8:30pm Saturday, February 3rd. My sandwich was so nicely made and beautiful I took a picture of it. He was beyond professional and took pride in making my sandwich. It wasn't just mine, Wesley prepared the customer's sandwich before me just as nice. I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone especially if Wesley is working.

Worst subway I've ever been to. Ordered two steak and cheese wraps had no tomato wraps. Did not even toast the steak or ask if I wanted it toasted. Tried miserably to cut pepper jack cheese but I eventually told them to use mozzarella since that was the only alternative. The bread on my third sandwich was falling apart did not even ask if I wanted cheese. The workers were NOT EVEN WEARING hairnets. I had to tell the lady at the register what was on my wraps and sandwich and honestly she wouldn't have known any different if I told her I had bread and meat and that was it.

There is only 1 good smart employee that works here. Everyone else is inept and mediocre. Nobody last very long working here, the highest turnover ratio of all time. If you want a decent sub, be ready to have patience. I come back to this place because food itself is ok and they always undercharge me for some reason.
