Burger King

Food was good nonetheless. But I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Ended up getting a regular chicken sandwich. Also got 2 original chicken sandwiches with no lettuce. The manager even said no lettuce to the workers in the back. Still got lettuce on both sandwiches. I understand they were busy inside lobby and in drive thru. But 20 minutes to get incorrect items is ridiculous.

Our order wasn’t right. Ordered 3 sandwiches all weren’t made right! The hamburger on one of them was way over done and very small. It was mostly bun. Was to have cheese on them and there was none! The whole meal was very terrible! Will NOT go back there! As much as they charge it should of been way better! Very disappointed and the thing is they had us pull over so it could be made. It was barely hot! They put toppings on that wasn’t to be on the sandwiches and what was to be on them it didn’t have. Very terrible!!!!

Unfortunately you cannot rate them a zero. I was hired on at this restaurant. Within thirty minutes, I knew it was going to be bad as I had a bad feeling. The lady who was taking orders in the drive thru, taking money, and then going to make those same people's food without washing hands or putting on gloves. I took out an order that they had pulled forward and I was told that they waited 40 minutes from the time that they got to the speaker til they got their food. I witnessed everything that got dropped in the fryer, thawed out when it is supposed to be dropped frozen. This causes food borne illness. Within an hour of my shift I was told by the GM that the employee that was in the drive thru was psycho and not to listen to her. I asked if we would get a visor or a hat and she responded whenever they feel like getting it. She then said she wasn't going to give me a used one as she didn't know what people had in their hair. Not one time did I see an employee wipe down, sanitize or sweep anything. I had to ask where things were and at 1pm the sanitize buckets hadn't even been made to wash things down! I was thrown into a job where I had ABSOLUTELY NO training. Most of all of the food that was handed out was rarely fresh. An employee dropped something on her foot and the GMs response was..it's going to hurt for a minute with an eye roll. This is the most disgusting, unprofessional fast food restaurant I have ever went to or worked at. One day..one day was all it took to know that this place was very GROSS.

Went to burger king for 5 breakfast sandwiches, ordered my breakfast at 8:21 am. No cars in the drive through. Paid for the food and was asked to pull over and wait. Food was finally brought to my vehicle at 8:38 am. A little long wait for breakfast sandwiches. No apologies, not a word just handed me my food. Terrible service.
