Wendy's

Order the #10. Had to tell them that bacon comes on it. Gave me the bacon. Problem solve. Didn't get the nuggets I paid for. Asked for the natural lemonade instead got the fountain lemonade. When I told her she said " oh were out". Ok.tell me that when I'm ordering. Your out. I've given this Wendy's several chances. Not anymore

Absolutely terrible customer service. Went to order a salad without chicken and added avocado. Was charged $1 for the the avocado when I asked them to just not charge me for it since I did not get any chicken and that is the majority of the reason why the salad is almost $8. All I wanted was to replace the chicken with avocado, what's so hard about that? So my salad with no meat ended up being close to $10 bc the manager refused to try to delete the $1 charge. She was rude and unprofessional. Go to the other Wendy's. Vegetarians- just make a salad at home.

Be careful....they will sell you kids meals without toys then once you complain nothing but attitude, well my kids are unhappy due to this sick joke of a place! Watch out, Deborah who calls herself the manager will take a broom stick to your car if you complain!!! She beat my car with a broom stick an caused damage. Wonder what corporate will do?! Great customer service huh!!! Never on my life would I recommend this place. Keep your kids far away!! My 5 and 6yr old daughters were terrified.

Quick service, new fries are extra crispy and on the salty side but still good. I usually get the 4 for 4. Drink, jr. bacon cheeseburger, fries and nuggets for 4 for the kiddos. Good deal. I get the salad no chicken since I’m vegetarian. Then throw some extra items when I get home to make it more exciting.

This was a three day journey. I went through the drive thru day 1 and went to use their restrooms and there was no hand soap and the restroom; Day 2 and 3 there is still no hand soap. The doors inside are locked and no one answered so I could speak with a manager. I am concerned how the employees are cleaning their hands if there is no soap i. The facilities because they would need to wash their hands with soap before leaving the restroom before heading to the kitchen.. I will contact corporate because it’s scary to know that food is being cooked with unclean hands
