Subway

Went in around 3:40 Wednesday 4/27 only one person working. You can tell he was very very overwhelmed making sandwiches. Asked for extra american cheese, he ignored me, he went to toast the sandwich and I asked again if I could get extra cheese. Guy just turns around grabs one piece of cheese and throws it on the sandwich. I thought about walking out but gave him a chance. Only to get charged almost $16 dollars for the sandwich and drink. I mentioned how high the price was, he said the receipt is in the bag and walked away. Receipt was not in the bag. Plenty of other jobs out there if you dont want to make sandwiches.

I visited this Subway at 11037 Broadway Pearland Tx suite 113 today Sunday May 29, 2022. Very Low on bread selection, accept cash only, no cookies. Very unpleasant experience. Workers said they are not baking anymore bread or cookies. Time is 2:22 pm. This is the 2nd Subway in Pearland that has poor service. Subpar service. They hire anybody to work and workers do not care about good service. Poor poor service.

Our office needed "12-14", 6 inch sandwiches from the menu with all with the same bread and toppings on the side for convenience. Generally, we would call in very early, but this was an impromptu occasion. One that can be easily handled when met with a positivity, accountability and and professionalism. The individuals in the front did the exact opposite when we arrived. Instead we were met with huffs, puffs and disdain, then given excuses as to why this was a problem and why the order shouldn't be completed. Note that this same order at a different location was met with a smile and without creating stumbling blocks, instead with a can do attitude. This place needs an overhaul quickly as paying customers in the community want more from our local shops.
