We don’t have a kolache factory near us, so I stopped by to grab some to go. They labeled my selections and were super friendly. I decided to stick around and work on some paperwork. The woman at the counter noticed my nagging allergy cough. She went looking for some honey which she couldn’t find, but then insisted I try some camomile tea. It was such a wonderful experience to run across a truly caring person.

The operating hours are kind of strange
I am not used to a food serving place that closes at 2ish pm.

I love the variety of kolaches at the Kolache Factory. Not only do they have savory kolaches but they also have sweet kolaches as well as other types of breakfast items. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they even have fruit kolaches which is representative of the Czech culture. I did not get any of the fruit kolaches the last time we were there but I planned to in the future. They look delicious. The restaurant is large and can accommodate several people. It is cozy and the fireplace is a nice touch.

Great place to come and spend some time. The service I received from Brandon was superb. He was very knowledgeable about kolache history and gave great recommendations on what to try (I'm not from Texas). The recommended kolaches I tried, I will get again. Thank you Brandon.

Great place, friendly people came for a sausage and cheese and got a free apple. Mom had the cream cheese and all were good. The milk was ice cold just like I like it. The dining room has really comfortable seating options from tables to booths to really comfortable chairs with a table in front. Super nice and relaxing.

Was here to grab a couple of kolaches for the office but their diverse flavors tempted me to leave with a box of 10. The sisters on staff were cheerfully helpful and personable. My favorites so far are the potato cheese and egg, and the boudin. I would avoid the chicken enchilada and pizza if you're on a restricted sodium diet.
1 thing that needs improvement is the (over)use of chemical cleaners (Fabulousa? Pine Sol?) which overwhelmed the store when I came in.

I ordered a pretty big order for breakfast and it was awesome! They did a fantastic job helping me organize everything because I was trying to try a lot of the different Kolaches.
Will definitely be going back when I’m on that side of town. Great attention to details and costumer service experience.
