Dunkin' Donuts

I stopped coming here until recently Not sure who the new manager is but she is definitely awesome and has the coolest attitude with her other workers. What I came in for her to remake was with no hesitation she came up front and resolve the issues another store messed up at 74 She works Morning time where glasses And the sandwich maker must be new to he is so nice and made my food fresh and hot I will be back Keep up the good work y’all rock

This is an edited review. I am editing this review because the next day I actually got the opportunity to meet Mrs.Paula the real manager at this Dunkin. The previous day she was out and her stand in was well let's just say not Mrs.Paula. Mrs.Paula greeted me as soon as I came through the door and gleefully asked me what I needed. When I told her 8 dozen she said "we got it" and commenced to building boxes and stuffing them with donuts. The whole atmosphere had changed with her there I felt like she wanted my business and enjoyed her job. Thx Mrs.Paula

Came here to just grab a breakfast sandwich, However after sitting in line for over 15 mins. One car sat at Ordering sign , Then just pulled off. So when we finally got to the Ordering sign...we waited for 5 mins.. Then said Hello! And No Response. So We left and Went to Fairburn location. This Store is a waste of your time.. Even if they are short staffed.. Someone should of acknowledged us and asked us to wait. They only had one other car in front of us. Please Retrain Your staff. Please do better.

I don’t normally do this but this location sucks. I sat in the line for 15 minutes and didn’t move once and I finally just pulled off. And the last time I came they were out of every flavoring except vanilla…. I really try and be patient because I’ve worked in the food industry for years. I think this places employees just literally do not care.

They had major issues with drive up . After waiting about 7 minutes had me drive up to the window to order damn it took another additional minutes to actually get my order as they were having trouble making the ice coffee the were out of glazed donuts. kind of a disappointing visit although everything tasted great once I finally got it

Awful service. I used to work there, and new management is awful as well. Manger sits in the back and watch the employees struggle while line is wrapped around the building and customers packed inside. Has no urgency to help while two employees struggle to take orders on in the inside and drive thru.I can also say this store is very unsanitary in the back.
