It was okay. Service was very good; fast too.
Dumplings were strangely flavorless.
Chicken tenders were a LOT of greasy batter, not so much chicken.
Beef and broccoli with fried rice was very tasty.
Wife's small pho was the perfect size.

Best Chinese/Vietnamese food on the North Shore. NO MSG in anything. Fresh delicious food and the friendliest service. Not overpriced. My husband is Vegan and unlike many restaurants, there are lots of choices for him. We frequent this place once a month and never leave disappointed.

Ordered grilled seasoned pork chopped. It's a salt bomb; beyond terrible. I had it with white rice and still I could not eat it. Ended up throwing it in the bin cause nobody in my family could eat it.
Worst experience ever. I will never order anything from this place.

Even during CoVid-19, Sugar Cane did not disappoint! We were there to celebrate my son's 20th Birthday and it was a very special evening! Thank you to ALL the staff for making our first dining out experience during this time, a wonderful one!! As usual, the food was amazing!!

Amazing staff. Excellent fresh food. Drinks are A1. They are truly a staple of Peabody. One of those spots you can always count on for a delicious meal. Place is always clean. Owner is amazing! Support family run business. This man does it right!

If you are looking for authentic vietnamese Pho spot this is NOT IT: clearly this is chinese restaurant and my review is only for the Pho I had: insanely plain , no taste, no fresh sprouts and sage served on the side. The broth was not as you would have in a vietnamese place with that intense bone flavor.

Today I’ve visited Sugarcane for the first time.
Many of reviews have recommended their house special pho and I decided to go with it. I definitely liked noodles and crispy veggies as well as slices of beef, but the broth itself was rather fatty, completely bland and had a funky smell as if it was made from not so fresh products.
My husband had also ordered a soup from the specials menu and he noticed the same thing.
