We waited almost a half hour for 3 staff members to fill 2 boxes of hot chocolate. They were more concerned with the drive thru. Next time I will go through the drive thru. Apparently that is the customers that matter.

For the past 3 weeks the food has been horrible and the coffee is burnt. So gross. Never going back again I’m all set. Step your game up no wonder everyone goes to Starbucks. Horrible horrible horrible!

First time here and ordered at the drive-thru. The attendant was great and entered the order perfectly. The service preparing the food, not so much... I ended up with the wrong sandwich and the coffee lid was not placed on completely which led to coffee all down my shirt and on my pants all while on my way to work. Not the start to the day I was expecting. I'll be sticking to the location closer to my house from here on out.

The worker that worked there that I only know as "Tim", Had given me great customer service. I had only ordered a small iced coffee and then proceeds to Ask me "Do you like chocolate donuts?" I then responded with "Sure!" then he grabbed three chocolate donuts for me and my friends on the house. Tim if you see this.....

Would never buy here again. I bought a bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich it was made horrible everything was falling out of the sandwich... I was dissatisfied with the service and should of got something better because im paying for it..
