Wendy's

2 times had issues at this Wendy’s. Fist time a screw was in my drink and today there was a small rock in my chili. Absolutely disgusting! If I bit down hard I could have shattered my tooth! Or when I drank my soda if I didn’t use a straw I would have ingested a screw! I’m definitely calling corporate about this! Maybe have a good look at your employees and make sure they know what they are doing! I’ll make sure h let all I know not to eat here either

waitress gave me an ice coffee when I asked for a Milkshake, she said we don't have Milkshakes. she said Milkshakes are made with ice cream and you can drink one through a straw. Then she replayed we have Frosties and you can't drink them through a straw. I didn't know you called Milkshakes "Frosties". she knew what i wanted and gave me the ice coffee anyway. Its only the 2nd or 3rd time I've been to a Wendy's. I won't be going back there anytime soon. you need to work on your customer service. This happened today 06/24/2022 at around 12 noon.

I’ve been to this location a few times now since I’ve moved to the area in December. Every time I’ve gone, they don’t have what I want to order. Today (04/30/21), they didn’t have chili, vanilla frosties , and a long list of beverages. So, I waited over a half an hour to order. I ordered two fries and two chocolate frosties (instead of vanilla), and no chili (which I wanted to redeem with my rewards). They messed up my order and it took another 20 mins for them to notice that I was still waiting there. Fast forward...The fries I got weren’t full, and the frosties I weren’t the right size. I feel like I get robbed every time I come here. Who ever is managing this location either needs to step up their ordering game, or resign so someone better can take over.

This place is not somewhere to return,this is the second time I’ve been there and they can’t get things right at all. I went in asking for a sandwich they couldn’t complete and was told right when im about to pay. I ask to replace the sand which with a full sized sand which and to simply put in some bacon. Instead what I got was a junior bacon,exactly the opposite of what I asked. To ensure that I wasn’t charged for an incorrect item I asked for a receipt. They told me it would be in the bag,I search and nothing was in the bag. Take a look down below at what they gave me...
