Always nice on phone and in person.Delivery is excellent. I tell them no hurry as I am not in a rush, and don't want to stress them since they work so hard, but food is always on time. Portions are generous and delicious. They cater to my vegetarian meal requests by replacing meats with bean curd,etc. The Chinese donuts for dessert are great,. I highly recommend this restaurant. P.S.-You can also easily order online.

I found bugs in my food and I ask for a refund they didn’t want to. They asked if I wanted to get an exchange instead and I said no I want my money back. They were only going to refund me for the rice I bought which was two dollars Mind you I paid almost $14 for the food. I was already halfway done with the food by the time I realize there was bugs inside of it. After multiple calls with someone who claimed be the manager and another person who claimed to be the manager. I finally was offered a refund but the problem was I didn’t have a ride to go pick up the refund they told me I needed a ride. Obviously if I’m asking for delivery to my house for food I don’t have a ride to go get the food so What makes you think I have the ride to go pick up the money. So the second person I talked to talked to the owner who finally decided to give us a refund. The refund was set to deliver to our house just like the food did and we waited about 25 minutes. When Man with the refund money arrived he handed me two dollars mind you when I got off the phone with the lady she said I would be getting my full refund. So I said sir I was promised a full refund you only gave me like not even the half of it. He said no I was only told to give money for the rice. So when I told him that wasn’t true he handed me my whole refund back he turned around and instead of leaving in peace he said don’t call back. This business is unprofessional and dirty.
