I recently had the pleasure of receiving excellent service from Ayon at Millie's Cookies. Ayon's exceptional customer service skills truly made my visit special. He was not only friendly and welcoming but also very knowledgeable about the menu, helping me make the perfect cookie choice. He ensured that my order was prepared exactly to my liking and served with a smile. Ayon's dedication to providing top-notch service is truly commendable, and I look forward to my next visit to Millie's Cookies, knowing that Ayon will make it a delightful experience.

Brilliant customer service could only order a collection for 4pm online so booked that slot but then called them to ask for it to be made earlier which they did. When I collected I hadn’t picked the colours online because I didn’t notice that you could and it was made in pink and white as I think that was automatically selected. My Daughters hates pink so asked for it to be changed to blue as I hadn’t realised. The staff were very helpful and friendly and remade the cookie in blue and white for me straight away. Great customer service. Very impressed.

Use this Millies for too good to go occasionally. The staff member who serves me always seems polite and helpful. They sort the order quickly. The store always seems stocked well at other times during the days and there are plenty of cookie types on offer along with some drinks. The kiosk is always clean and tidy.
