Panera Bread

Standard Panera in terms of food. I don’t like this as a work space because there is only a small area that gets outside light/by windows and that small area is near the entry and ordering station so it’s a bit noisier. I also didn’t see any outlets near those seats. Booth tables are also a bit awkwardly high for sitting at to type.

Have to say this location was awesome at customer service. We placed our order online at the wrong location and they made it really easy one use I cordination with the bohemia location. I called the bohemia location and the manager there said no problem and asked the manager of this location to comp the order saving me the headache of returned payment. Great customer service by both bohemia and patchague locations. Thank you

I will be honest I’m not a huge fan of Panera bread not bc of any bad experience , it’s simply not my go to food, in the other hand both of my daughters love and I mean LOVE Panera , so I find myself coming here more often than I’d like to. I recently moved to the Patchogue area , and this Panera was the nearest to our home, it’s our fourth time coming here and needless to say overall great experience. It’s kept nice clean , organized, the young man in the register was kind , he actually told me about my rewards which I never knew I had , 6 yrs going and never received a reward until coming to this location, and the manager is also a team player and just genuinely kind. It’s a nice place to come and enjoy a quick meal.
