Mamasushi

The girls and I got together to get brunch at this location. When I arrived I was lucky to find parking right in front. I walked in and had to wait for a majority of my party to arrive. When they did they sat us in a booth. The dj was blazing a lot of reggaeton (not much mixtureof genres). We started with drinks and I went with the sangria which I didn't like so switched to the jack punch which was sweet but not bad. We were served by 2 young ladies and there was a bit of a language barrier but they understood. For my entrée I got the chicken and waffle and it looked great when it came out. I dug in and it was pretty good. The hot sauce I asked for gave it some kick. The girls seemed to enjoy their meals as well. The bill was pretty reasonable and all in all I had a good experience.

I would definitely do brunch,lunch or even dinner at mama sushi 🍱 the staff was very warm and welcoming ambiance beautifully decorated and the food oh my goodness you know they say people eat with their eyes 👀 first well let me tell you the look matches the taste 👅 delicious 🤤 if you haven’t been it’s a must visit 💯💯💯💯💯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The worse sushi and food I’ve ever had. I ordered takeout as many reviews suggested, and I’m wondering if I got leftovers from yesterday. The Mamasushi roll looks and taste old, no flavor whatsoever. The mangolian ribs taste like a fake sauce made from a packet. The chofan I got for my daughter is dry as all hell and for sure is old rice. And the chicharron… don’t even get me started. They should be ashamed sending anything out the door like this. I’m pregnant and regret wasting my money and craving on this establishment. Eat somewhere else! Go to the location in Dykman instead! Much fresher food and worth your money.

We came on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch. Our waiter Juan was amazing and attentive from the moment we walked through the door. We had the wonton tacos for an appetizer, they were great. I had the Peje Y Parcha roll and my husband had the El Boulevard roll they were both delicious. Well recommended and great service. Great vibes, drinks and music. What more can you ask for. Thanks guys❤️

1st time there or ever trying DOMINICAN sushi. It was pretty good! I can’t speak for all dishes but I had the Tres Golpes Roll and the Dyckman Roll. So regarding those two they were very good! I enjoyed the Dyckman more. I had a pretty good mojito but not sure what the name was. I did post pictures of my food and drink. The service was just ok. It wasn’t busy when I went since I went on a Wednesday at around 6pm. Hookah is pricey and food but worth it . Location is just ok…it’s Passaic what do you expect?
