Wow...wow....WOW! Fabulous restaurant in Jackson hole! The executive chef has quite a talent and his combination of unique ingredients will leave your palette guessing. It truly is a gem and one that is a must to go to while in this fabulous town. The service is exceptional as well and will leave you feeling happy. Can’t say enough about this place!

Came to this place at 1 pm for brunch on Sunday. I was lucky as there was no line. Staff was very friendly. This place is small and very cute (good for dating). They have both outdoor and indoor seating. Ordered Colette breakfast ($13), it comes with sausage patty, bacon, egg, potato, and toast. It was a good value and portion is big! It was delicious! Also, ordered pain perdu ($14). It was very similar to French toast. However, it was very crispy! The taste of cinnamon was a good match of the syrup! The taste was coming through! I will order this again next time! Don’t forget to check-in on yelp to get a free coffee when ordering an entree.

Nice little breakfast spot where the staff is friendly and service is good. We ordered the avocado toast, pancakes and fried chicken Benedict. The pancakes were large and fluffy while the chicken Benedict had delish spices in the batter that went well with the hollandaise sauce. The avocado toast was a bit on the bland side so we’ll try something else next time instead of that dish. Overall, good experience.
