I am a delivery person and I went to the window for my order and the first woman told me to go to the window to pick up the order. After making the line, I arrived and a very rude man attended me, he did not want to give me the order, he asked me to park my car and went into the store to pick it up he was very rude and unconscious 05/29 2 50 pm i will not go back to that store

Came in to pick up the order that I put online. Waited 10 minutes. The food not ready. Ask when the food ready and the cashier respond when is ready will be in the pick up shelves. . It took 20 minutes to get the food where I order online. And the cashier very rude. Will not come back to this location. Horrible services.

We only come here for quick running errands food for the wife and baby but there's always something that goes wrong here. The employees are always missing some type of customer service element, Everytime,it's weird. It happens so much, we've almost stopped coming here. We bought the $5 box for the baby and added a side of wedges. We get our order and as USUAL something is wrong. We tell the lady,you forgot our mashed potatoes that come with the order and she says,but you have wedges. So I said but didn't we pay extra for that wedges,per the receipt? And she says yes,then ask,so do you still want the mashed potatoes? What!? Yes,give me what I payed for,was that a real question,do I want what I ordered!?!? I think this will be the last time I come to this KFC. So many options around here to always go through some weird interaction with these weird stand offish employees. It's kind of nerve racking to eat food prepared by strange people.
