Starbucks

This employee was very unprofessional and unpleasant. I placed two separate orders and each time it was time for her to give me my change & receipt I had my hand out. both times she deliberately put my money & receipt on the counter for me to pick up instead of simply putting it in my hand. Both times I put my money in her hand. When I asked her if they were keeping a certain distance due to the pandemic her response was no. I then brought to her attention her actions and how I felt disrespected by them. Her response was ”well we’re busy.” I was the only person in line. They most certainly weren’t busy. I asked another employee to speak to the manager and he informed me that she was the manager. Very much disappointing. I will not be back.

The service at this place is amazing. I stopped early this morning to do some homework and felt like i was at my regular SBs in Oxnard Ca. the place is clean and the coffee is Hot and Ready. Great Staff! i have to send a special recognition to one of the Baristas. Grate job Maureen !!!! it was nice to meet you. Peace to you and the whole staff

I gave more than 1 star because they actually made a drink my wife ended up drinking(it'll be explained). I ask the cashier for a dairy free blended coffee drink. She responds,"uhh, ummm, uhh,." You know, like the sign up top says "Dairy free espresso blah blah"..Hold on, I don't drink coffee and it's for my wife, not as a surprise per se, but she doesn't know. And she's allergic to dairy. This usually works at Starbucks and the awesome person puts in a special drink and makes her the best ever. Her words. The cashier had no knowledge of dairy free or dairy full of anything. I know people that went to "Starbucks School" and were all amazing but jeez. Then the girl that made the drink didn't know if she used coconut milk or regular milk. Wow. Right before my order was made, a woman was waiting for her 4 drinks and when they were made, the customer grunted and said something, the same worker said,"huh?" And the customer angrily grabbed her drinks off the counter and stormed out. She was in her uniform and walked down the street quickly, so I'm assuming they took forever and the drink with whipped cream was not supposed to be there, something, I'm assuming but that lady was not happy. She obviously got the drink right, my wife sipped it till she made sure of allergic reaction. But whew! These workers were in need of some more training.
