Our friend Keats took us to a wine tasting yesterday. They do this I believe twice a week, Tuesday and Friday, I was told (please check, I am not sure). The offer four different wines for $15 - and yesterday the winemaker​ was there to explain the wines. Even though I didn't really love the wines that were poured I love the idea and will surely​ go again, when in the area. IMPORTANT: this is not a restaurant. It*s a store that sells a great varietly of wines. Highly recommended. Why not five stars then? I only give five stars when I would be happy to do a 30+ min detour just to go - and that would be a bit much to ask. However, just read some reviews: be considerate - if you expect "The Ritz" ambiance and $500/ bottle service for $15, better stay away ;-)

I went in there today to try to get a bottle and to see how everything was going. I was very disappointed to experience the staff being rude and telling us that the bar was not open. Let's jus say that, "Hey, the bar is not open and we will be opening it soon." would have suffice. Instead I go " No, make sure your mask is on". Ok Great, after that, "I don't want to buy anything anyway" was my attitude since it was not invited to even explore the store. Cool, thanks anyways. Good luck on repeating business.

This is a nice place to get a bottle of wine. The customer service...there was just something lacking. This place is expensive, I would think that they would want repeat customers, however, I didn't get that feeling. Perhaps it was just my ethnicity? It just didn't feel comfortable. There are lots of choices in Los Angels. This one just isn't for me. But, give it a try...maybe your experience will be different.
