Great vibe, good bartender that made quality drinks. Was hoping for a good happy hour hence the no 5 star rating. Was visiting the area, so maybe it's common to not have at least one or two non-well drinks part of happy hour. I strongly suggest bucking that trend if possible, but understand times are hard due to the pandemic and inflation. Would definitely go back and still recommend.

Good beers, delicious cocktails and solid food. Their fries shine as they are well done crispy outside and soft and fluffy inside. Breakfast burrito was tasty. I think the fries are double fried, Belgian style. Beer selection is pretty good and they have a Trivia night on Wednesdays. Food and drinks are ordered at the bar. Tables are first come. The outdoor seating is a little noisy due to traffic but large tables to share or for larger groups. Have been there a couple times. Both good experiences.

All of the mixed drinks are tasty. My liver doesn't need this. My tastebuds do! Great selection of whiskies and a handful of tasty snack options.

Just to be clear, the bartender who thinks an Oregon ID is fake is crazy rude. I’m not from California and I’m not sure what kind of service this is. She almost didn’t give me my ID back. Also, pretty sure the 20 something bartender is our age.

Nice intimate watering hole. Not alot of choices for craft beer, but lots of choices for bourbon, scotch and whiskey. 🍻

The Blind Donkey is definitely a must visit for any of your bar hopping festivities. Their cheese fries are worth the visit alone! The bar is on a rather narrow street, so be prepared to park in a structure just like everywhere else in Pasadena. Plenty of seating, friendly staff, good food, and a great selection of drinks.

I came here for my second time because of their Nick of Thyme drink. I was so impressed last time. It did not disappoint! It has honey thyme, ginger beer, and lemon.
