Destiny and Elsie gave excellent customer service. The bathrooms were very clean. The food came fast fresh and delicious 😋. Thank everyone at this location. We ordered the 24pc Family Classic. I really like this item on the menu. We enjoy the price for the portions. Thank you Destiny and Elsie for making our visit exceptional. We will return.

Where to begin… I was on the phone for 19 minutes and 38 seconds on hold before they even answered the phone the second time. As I arrived into the store Myself and another customet we’re not even acknowledged. There were five other people standing by the cooler and the little front part area just talking and not acknowledging anyone. I was inside the store for over four minutes before one of them asked me if I had been helped. Wingstop you have got to do better, hire people who actually want to work. Completely disappointed as I have been coming to this location for almost 4 years.

I enjoy the quality and taste of the wings and fries when cooked correctly. Their ranch is better than average compared to other competition. They gave my order to another customer again. I ask politely for an update 4 times regarding my order to make sure this will not happen. I don't get why they have not trained their employees with a system that works. It seems this issue is very common at this location after reading the reviews. I emailed corporate and plan to follow through tomorrow. Sad we enjoy wings but don't trust this restaurant. This is evident when customers are taking everything out of the bag to revise and make sure the order is correct.

Despite the bad reviews I still order from this location being that it’s closest to me... but today was the last time! I would rather drive out of the way and have edible food instead of wasting 50 dollars on trash! They took over 30 minutes for our food to come out, it wasn’t busy it just looks like a bunch of people not wanting to work!! They put so much seasoning on the fries and they were drenched with oil and all soggy!!! Disgusting!! My family couldn’t even eat them! The person cutting vegetables wasn’t wearing gloves yet touching all the celery and carrots with his bare hands! FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION BECAUSE YOUR MONEY WILL BE WASTED HERE!
