I always stop here 3-4 time per week. Best fired Chicken in Pasadena TX. I love there Spicy Chicken and Mashed Potatoes. Last couple of month they have $5 Box, that a heck of a deal. Everything in a box for $5 Crew is nice, polite and friendly. They keep this place clean. Keep it up with Good work

Bad reviews? My experience for over a decade has always been satisfying. The best crispy fried chicken, bar none! Our household orders the original recipe and never the spicy chicken. French fries are always fresh (you have to wait) and the Cole slaw is really good. Rarely order the come-on-the-cob mashed potatoes, but they are ok. Bad reviews are probably related to the spicy chicken, but I don't know. I don't do spicy. Housekeeping is maintained, as is the friendly atmosphere. This business also lists more "specials" beyond what is advertised and accommodates special orders at lower than menu prices. Example: I order 8 pieces of all dark, family fries and an individual Cole slaw. This combo is not listed on any menu or special, yet it is discounted from regular pricing. Those that wrote bad reviews should simply go to the competition on nearby Southmore Avenue: KFC (ok) and Popeye's (unknown). I recommend this Church's Fried Chicken. Oh! The (jalapeño) peppers are the best with fried chicken!
