Pho Master

I eat here about once a week and can not praise the food and service enough. Find below some photos I took of my favourites; special beef pho, salty squid, crispy egg noodle combination, combination luksa, spicy beef pho and (probably my all time favourite) crispy skin chicken with egg noodle soup. Looks like they've moved down the road (next to Kanzo) where the Caesars used to be. Large Special Beef Pho: one of the best in the area. Well balanced soup base. Good portion sizes. Combination Laksa: more of a HK style so the soup base isn't very thick (c.f. say Temasek - which I find too thick and too 'fishy'). Could do with a bit more depth and turning the spice level down. Whilst I enjoyed it, the soup was hotter than the chopped chillies!

My friend and I were one of the first to order pho and received it 53 minutes later, only when my friend complained about it. Other people (3 parties) who ordered and came after us got their pho and other food first. I asked for my food and got ignored twice. My friend saw all this immediately complained to them. They called my friend rude for complaining and brought our pho over 6 minutes later without any explanation as to way it took so long, while others who just arrived got their pho instantly.

15/06/2022 we dine in for lunch while the place was half empty. While we were waiting for 30 minutes, people who ordered later was first served. We complaint to the resto keeper, a guy wearing glasses. He blamed the kitchen and not happy that we complaint. He should accept customer complaint for their improvement instead of accusing us for being rude which we were not.
