The owner is a great guy, his staff are always on point, keeps a clean store and runs a good business, politics aside, Adam would give you the shirt off his own back if you needed it, has been nothing but helpful everytime i run across him! Much love to his staff as well, always professional and always happy to assist!

I went in here last Sunday when the Browns were about to play the Steelers in the playoffs. The store was really busy and I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Marcie!!! She was awesome! She had a line that developed fairly quickly and she was able to really move everyone through at a fast pace and with a smile. Let me not forget that she also had orders for Door Dash that she was responsible for getting ready!! She is fantastic at multitasking with amazing customer service skills. Please recognize her!!! This type of help is NOT easy to find! Thank you Marcie! Keep up the GREAT work!! You are appreciated!

Worst customer service disaster in YEARS! I usually have a easy time here. The young lady with the dark hair with green streaks and the tattoos on her hands is an absolute nightmare! All I wanted was to get some buy 2 get 1 free ice cream. Was completely polite about it. This lady started raising her voice and acting disrespectful when she could not apply the discount. She said it was for 7-11 ice cream. When I walked 2 feet away to double check that it indeed said Ben and Jerrys ice cream, she just moved on to serve 3 other customers that were behind me. I told her she needs to learn how to be calm and learn to de=escalate, instead of making things unnecessarily stressful for customers who merely want to purchase things at the price they are clearly advertised for. To which she got even more disrespectful. Confirming that she is not cut out for a job in customer service.
