Checkers

This is probably not somewhere I'd chose again. I got the chili dog and baconzilla, he got the fish sandwich. The chili dog has meat and mustard.. not chili and cheese like I would assume. It tasted like old burger meat on the bun. The burger was pretty good, just messy, overloaded with mayo and ketchup. The fish.. had a cardboard taste. Dry and plain, he didn't finish it and I didn't want it. The fries were also plain. I don't think they salt them.

I just left this Checkers. It’s 11:30 at night and the McDonald’s down the street wasn’t serving people (as usual) so I came here. Let me tell you, the gentleman that took my order and served me (I really wish I knew his name but my receipt says Dashia so I’m not sure if that’s him or not) was the KINDEST man I have encountered during a late night drive through. He was so sweet and funny. I really had to pull over and wrote this because that man truly deserves recognition for treating customers so well despite it being so late and tired!

Peace & Blessings! F1RST and foremost, please-PLEASE EVERYONE practice safety while out & about in public...wear your mask 😷 Now, I wanted to give a 4.5☆ rating but it doesn't allow. My reasons for the 4.5☆ rating goes as follows starts with me ordering at the ( drive-thru ) at around 9:50pm in the lane that you have to pay from the ( driver's side ) for those who ( never ) been to a ( double drive-thru )...I was by myself, the lane I was in had maybe 7 vehicles ahead of me but, the other lane that you pay frim the ( passenger's side ) had only 1ONE car...so, either that 1ONE car had 2TWO or more passengers or 1ONE person being the ( driver ) that had to reach all the way over to pay, I noticed the workers wearing mask 😷 at all times, the workers were friendly and patient, my meal was correct, the food was hot and good, the prices were good in comparison to other ( fast food restaurants ), and I'll be going back quite often.

My reason for giving you '3' stars instead of 4-5 stars are because your hamburger buns have been stale for the last couple of times I've gone to your Joppa Road drive thru and as a regular bi-weekly customer this issue needs to be corrected now!!! The customer service is awesome, the associates, especially the evening manager makes me want to hug him each time I come thru the line, he remembers his customers and that speaks highly of him, and the food is good!!!! So please get the hamburger bun issue resolved right away, so that the next review will be a more favorable one.
