Burnt greasy and disgusting oily taste on everything fried. Including the fish, chicken, hush puppies and chips. Not worth it. Go to Captain D's in pueblo co and don't waste your money here. If I could leave zero stars I would. They needed to close it down... cleam everything and change the oil for the fryer. Now my wife may be sick from this place.

Once again, not even closing time. Myself and 3 other cars have sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. I even drove up to the main window and sat for over 5 minutes. No answer, no reply. I'll be calling corporate in the morning. Someone is standing in the lobby even and multiple cars at front of store.

Food was way over cooked and oil was old. Horrible experience. Got the family pack and the only good part was the malt vinegar. The fish and chicken weren't really edible and rubbery, the hush puppies were dry and crunchy all the way through. Tried calling to make a complaint and no one answers the phone. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience!!!

Terrible store. Without overstating it, they don't carry 80-90% of what's shown online. They only have pieces of fish, chicken, sometimes shrimp, clams rarely, and not many sides (per the drive thru lady when not one of the items we found online was something they sell). I'd advise looking anywhere else.
