King Soopers

Just left there right now, I went to get fried chicken. The fried chicken in the case was old and dried up so I asked if more was coming out. Just then the guy pulls out fresh chicken and then refused to sell it to me. On top of that they had no sides. This is at 12:30pm, lunch time. The guy doing the chicken was absolutely rude and awful and super lazy to not have any sides ready at lunch. He threw all that fresh chicken into the fridge... I will never go here for lunch. Absolute trash customer service

When people say the food at King Soopers is fresh, they mean it! I have been shopping at King Soopers all over for many years, and only a couple times have I found bad, rotten, or moldy food. King Soopers is many times better than Safeway, Target, Walmart, and all other grocery stores in the area. Not only are their prices super good, so is their food! I would not trust another store with my food like the way I trust King Soopers with it.

I Loved this place. Extremely clean store. The entire staff is Very Friendly. I visited customer service where i was greeted by Patty, She is Awesome. Glady held a bag from another location in order for Me to shop comfortable. Then i was completely blind sided by the Unbelievably Beautiful Flowers. So Many Beautiful Bouquets. Lady in the department was Amazing Herself. I Really enjoyed the Beauty. I will admit i was captivated by all the Gorgeous Roses.

I am sad to say that this location gave me very poor service. I came in here to grab a hot lunch but when I arrived at the deli, the hot foods section was closed. When I asked an employee if the section would be opening soon I was given a very rude answer about them being understaffed and they don't serve hot foods any more until they can hire more people. I can understand being understaffed but treating customers badly because of it is unacceptable

Ducked in for a pharmacy pickup at 8:30, they don't open until 10am. Grabbed 6 frozen lemonade and some band-aids and hit the checkout just as one cashier was opening. Start to get in line and he waves me off and says I'm going to help this guy, waves over the next in line 4 stands away who has to back out with his two carts full of 200+ items. My <2min checkout turned into a half-hour so I bailed and went to look for a faster line but everything was backed up so I ditched my groceries with the self check attendant and walked out. A 10 minute errand turned into a nightmare. Going to be avoiding this store for some time.
