Staff is rude. Order is usually wrong, and they prefer you to use the microwaves in the gas station to warm up your food yourself... rather than them doing their job and serving it to you warm. Donut tasted like it's been sitting in the display for 5+ days. I'll take my business back to Starbucks!

Not sure what happened to this location. Don't stop here if you are in a hurry. 10 - 15 minutes just to order, then another wait.. just for the coffee to come out wrong. Starbucks is just down the road and do a much better job.

I'm obsessed with Dunkin Donuts....but this location is horrible. I get the same iced coffee at every single Dunkin I go to, I've been to this one 3 times because it's the only one anywhere near me and they just can't get it right, on top of that, the kolaches were terrible, the sausage in them looked old and dried up. Not to mention the flies that are EVERYWHERE there. I do not recommend them at all.

This girl was all by her self working and the manager just stayed in the back the whole time. I had a $30 order and I just felt so bad! Her name was Alexia and she was so sweet and was a fast as she could be. The manager on shift needs some talking to. No wonder the turn around rate at this store is so high!! Good Job Alexia!

I’ve been in here 4 times over the last 2 months and each time there are flies on the donuts, LOTS OF FLIES. I normally don’t post negative reviews because I try to take care of issues locally but since this problem is not being fixed here I am. I’ve told the employees to tell the manager they need to put doors on the donut display to keep the flies out but why am I here having to post a negative review ? Why isn’t the manager taking care of this ? I know he or she can see there’s a problem. Just nasty.

I have gotten a blueberry muffin there twice. First time I had a very nice young man wait on me. Second time, the young woman behind the counter was rude to the lady in front of me in line. The muffins were amazing though.

Several months of going later, I have noticed the rude lady is gone and replaced by a lot of nice employees. They’re no longer 24/7 though. They close at 10. Higher rating at 4 stars. You’ve seriously got to try the blueberry muffins.
