Went to El Cid with some friends for dinner. The place was busy but the service and food were excellent! Prices are more expensive than average but the portions and quality are worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for quality meats and seafood. The sangria is excellent too!

This place is always the go to spot for any celebration. The food has been consistently fantastic since my parents first took me here when I was 11 years old. Surf and turf is a staple. A must try. 10/10.

Holy moly one of the biggest prime ribs I ever seen yet, it was very moist and tasty, this can feed a family of 4 will definitely have left overs Drinks are good there as well.

Excellent and delicious Iberian - Spanish/Portuguese - seafood for special occasions. Shrimp with garlic and Marisqada are my favorites.

When I see a modest menu, I can tell the establishment stands behind each of the items it offers. EL CID's menu is small yet diverse, covering an array of traditional Spanish cuisine. And each item is phenomenal. I looked at the orders of tables around me wishing I could eat more than 1 person's worth of food. It's a bit of a splurge, but worth every dollar spent. I will definitely be returning.
The only downside is the lack of reservation system and tendency for wait times. A simple reservation system would have saved me 30 minutes. I considered giving 4 stars, but the food, drinks, and atmosphere (medieval Spain) blew me away.

The service is good, the meats could have more flavor but i also think that steaks from Spaniard restaurants are all pretty plain. The other things like the scallops and crab were good as well as the shrimp and lobster plates. Would go back
