Jack In The Box

I was surprised at what happened this morning as I always go to this Jack & The Box and generally don't have a problem. I went there this morning to get breakfast. It was past 6am so per the website, they should be open. In the drive thru, their trash can was blocking the lane so that was confusing and I couldn't go in the drive thru. When I pulled up in the next lane over to the window to ask were they open, two people just starred at me and didn't saying anything as if I wasn't there. I saw a lady (possibly manager) walk away so I backed up near where the menu to order was. There were signs tapped to the menu but they were hanging off so I couldn't even read what it said. I nicely asked the lady, " I can't tell if you guys are open or not?", and with an attitude she said, " I just got here". What does that have to do with anything and she still didn't answer my question. Sadly I drove away because with that type of service they obviously don't care about their customers. I was upset and disappointed as I had to go out of my way to this Jack in the box. Everyone be careful if you go to this location early. So disappointed.

Nothing fresh coming out of this store taco’s supposed to be med crunchy? I remember in the 90s the taco’s where nothing like this? They where so good? Now worker are lazy get in that comfort zone? We need a food tester to come in from there main company to grade them everything will fall on the managers.

Me an my family went to this location an the doors were locked an shouldn't have been, by the time we made It Inside an ordered breakfast the young lady that was making the breakfast actually walked to the hashbrowns grabbed two with her bare hands an walked back towards where she was cooking, mind you they were for me an my family. We told them we didn't want the order an got our refund because we picked up on the nasty attitude. Rude nasty an on top of It all didn't care. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here. They need to be careful who they hire to feed people. I was hoping not to even give one star.

Had some issues with this place when using the mobile app. The app says it's open when it's not, and I even had one experience where it took my money, but the restaurant was closed during hours the app said it was open, so could not get my food OR a refund. I tried resolving the issue using the online customer service form and got no response, then went to the store after waiting for over a week to see if the online submission would work. When I went to the store because trying to resolve things online didn't work, I kust got a rude response and the runaround from the staff inside the store. I was NOT happy. Not with Jack in the Box, not with the app, and not with this store. When I tried the same thing at McDonalds in the past, I got a refund IMMEDIATELY, with only a few questions asked. The manager or assistant manager came over and resolved it quick. It's bad enough that Jack in the Box's food is usually mediocre, but their customer service and mobile app also suck. Customers might have more luck ordering in person, but that would mean not getting special mobile-only offers and rewards points. Don't recommend this location or Jack in the Box in general, honestly.

Worse Jack in the box ever! Avoid if possible! The owner must really hate it's customers because the food portions are smaller than most other Jack's and it's always been really gross unfortunately I live very close by so I've gone more here than I'd like to admit. The food generally sucks but added with receiving old fries Everytime is even worse. The only reason I didn't vote 1 star is due to the fact the staff are very professional and very courteous. Would never go there again and I recommend highly to avoid!
