Taco Bell

Drive thru orders are continuously wrong. From the wrong meal, missing items, and food prepared incorrectly. Recently just now I ordered a #2, 3 soft shell Supreme beef tacos. Even asked because it was no showing Supreme on the screen like the additional 2 tacos. Individual working confirmed yes Supreme. Welll I got meat, lettuce, and cheese!

This location is actually a Taco Bell/KFC, and be forewarned. Though due to no fault of their own, just dealing with the same supply problems most businesses are currently; most days they are out of many of their mainstays such as chicken, liquid nacho cheese, hard taco shells, as well as half of their already limited drink choices. Sadly, though I cannot verify this; I have a gut feeling that their mostly young and obnoxiously rowdy (partial) staff are not truly out of most of these items all of the time, but basically just don't see a good enough reason to do their fairly undemanding, albeit underpaid job and simply walk the 24 (yes, I am so perturbed at times that I once stepped it off)steps from the door of the kitchen, to the soda fountain and change the drink pouch or the C02 cartridge, or open a bag of chicken and prepare it because they are only open two and a half more hours so "we can deal with it" when there literal main ingredient is proclaimed not available. Case in point, the new Chicken pot pie is actually great, if you get lucky enough to procure one of the six they make for the day before they are gone. That being said, instead of making more and attempting to create a positive dining experience for me and my family, they just say they are out for today, or maybe come earlier tomorrow. And heaven forbid you want KFC after 730 pm. Not gonna happen 9 times out of ten. And the lettuce has a typical scent that reminds me of a slab of lunchmeat that you just found under your bed from last Saturday Night but different. Step it up guys. Let's Taco bout getting off your a$$es and doing the job you literally beat other people in getting. Have some pride and tighten up your ship. It's looser than a retiree from the Route 66 Live Peep Palace on a Sunday morning.

Rude, High-on staff, that litterly can not keep the the outside lights on, can't keep food cups lids meat or basic items in stock in. * it's not a supply chain issues when out citys taco bells are not having this issues IS POOR MANAGEMENT one more than 3 occasions they Substituted irems in my food with out asking, they can't even fix the out side monitors to order from SMH it was better off as a KFC
