I had a mixed experience in this particular outlet of Monginis in Navelcar Arcade, Atmaram, Atmaram Borkar Road, Altinho in Panaji. There are many other bakery shops in Goa which offers better quality of cake and pastries.

The service is pretty decent here. Even if you are not sure what you want, the staff will stay with you patiently and answer questions till you have decided what you want. Cakes are nice too. This place is self service and has a small seating area.
