Sher-e-punjab

I am writing this review not in particular about the Food or Ambience. There is much written about it already. I would like to share my experience with the customer care. I was erroneously overcharged for 2 items. I sent a mail the next day & the hotel promptly acknowledged the error. Despite delay on my part in giving the account details, within 3 minutes of me providing the account details the money was transferred. This is indicative of the value the hotel associates towards customer relationship & this would definitely translate into Gastronomy! Surely worth a visit!!!

In December of 23, we went to @Sher-e-anjab. This is where we had dinner. Our preference is vegetarian cuisine. We placed an order for butter naan, parthas, daal khichdi, and one type of paneer meal. Everything delicious is really nice. We consumed every dish, nothing was compromised, and the test was excellent. The ambiance was great, the staff was really helpful, and we enjoyed supper in a semi-open space with lots of indoor plants. Overall, the vegetarian menu is advised; however, I am unsure about the non-vegetarian options and am not yet aware with the halal options. #goa #food #foodies #AP

Food is excellent here. All varieties of food can be found here. Alcohol is also available in multiple brands. Ambience is very good even though the hotel stays busy the entire time. Ample parking provided by the watchman outside again its paid in the morning hours. Service in the hotel is also very good. I have visited here for lunch and dinner as I don’t want to have bad experience while on stay in process of exploring any other hotel.
