Used to be the best DD around. Has taken quite the dive over the past two weeks. Wait times are 4-5 times what they were just a few weeks back. Seems like they suddenly lost several employees. Also seems like certain locals get preferential treatment all of a sudden....edit…much improved over the last few weeks!

For a quick breakfast: 9/10
I feel as though I am odd for the reason that I go to Dunkin more for its breakfast food than its donuts and coffee, but I personally think it has some of the best breakfast options in the area! Its donuts and drinks are okay, but for me it's all about the bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich, especially the maple variant. I also think their prices are pretty good, which is always a bonus!

It was a very busy day for them today due to the harvest festival and they were still fast through the drive-thru and pleasant even with all the traffic

They have always been polite and are sure to apologize when the line is long, etc. Currently they are experiencing longer wait times because the Macedon Dunkin Donuts has had to close at 3 due to shortage of employees.

Great service every time. They close by 6PM. Place is clean and staff is friendly. Food was awesome. Drinks were made right. Very busy.

Only drive through in Palmyra. Wish they were open later weekdays, but the pandemic has affected us all differently. At least they don't forget your donut. Unlike their Macedon counterpart 😒
