Subway

This was the best experience I have had at Subway....EVER! I stopped buying there because my last visit two years ago was not good...one staff working the entire store and was overwhelmed. Anyway...decided to try again and glad I did. There were three staff out front. My order was perfect and they were very pleasant. I am a senior citizen and asked for my discount and the gentleman was so kind in his response it made me feel respected instead of "entitled". Thank you so much for that and I will definitely be coming back!!!

So, on the day that my son and I went in, full blown lunch hour, there were probably 6 young men running the show, clearly training at least 1 fellow, people consistently coming through the door, and these guys never broke a sweat!! They were hoping!! Never missed a beat. My son and I decided that if/when we go to Subway again, it will definitely be the Palmer branch. Great job fellas!!

4.12.22 Two young males 1. working the bread/start & 2. the finish/cashier. There was a woman whom I believe was the ingredients part of the line, also I believe manager of "The two males" (Ttm) I'm asking the first guy questions about any buy one get ones or weekly promotions, monthly?? Then I asked about the meatball. How many meatballs, how many for extra meat? He didn't know & expected that I would order anyway. He goes to the back, talking all the way back. The woman came out, told me the prices: Basically a foot long meatball sub, extra meat & two cookies was $15 even. THEN they had to add the drink & fries, another $4=$19 and then because the Coke spot had Dr. Pepper hooked up to it. 😳 I ended up walking out without my chips! If I don't get them picked up by 4PM tomorrow, then I lose them. I know prices are higher but come on $19 sandwich chips, Coke? (Sm coke)..Coke... Meh

Waited 45 minutes for a mobile order after the time they said it would be ready. App said the order was ready but when we showed up, nothing had been done. They said they would get it done immediately but still waited another 25 minutes. New employees but still disappointed that I spent my entire lunch break waiting. They seem to be struggling today.

The food is still something to look forward to, but service is not impressive. Too many employees not putting thier best foot forward to provide quality service. Employees don't look happy to be working. Running out of ingredients is one thing, not acting like a professional in fro t of customers is another. Otherwise I'm going to start not enjoying coming here.
