The most senior staff member obviously needs a long holiday. Aggressively flipped the ‘open’ sign to ‘closed’ while we were already standing waiting to order at the (open) service window, and then locked the door. It was only 1.30pm. Avoided looking at us for a good 5 minutes before grudgingly taking our order. We felt about 100% unwelcome and the food was pretty bad too. Dry, overcooked and with ingredients missing. Maybe don’t open the cafe if customers are such a nuisance.

Zero stars, had to pick one otherwise I couldn't submit this review. Stay away! Another insular peninsula failure and a weak attempt at being cool without any substance whatsoever. Two kids serving, one using his hands to break up and grab some dry cake to decorate a coffee, the other a snotty nose spoilt brat of a girl didn't give a flying F about service and was rude and obtuse. She made a very bland fruit juice and went to hand it over and asked rudely and abruptly, have you paid? In front of customers, all this while pulling back on the juice as if to say, I don't trust you. No basic understanding of customer service, building brand loyalty and just being a nice person. This little girl should be taken immediately out of this cafe and put back onto Instagram where she can spend all her valuable time posting selfies. Horrible place.
