Kfc

for starters the day we went they were super low on staff that we waited almost a whole hour for our food and the kfc workers kept interrupting when we were ordering, and someone else was interfering the worker while they were taking our order. eventually they asked us to park out front and wait because they were taking so long. we were so patient and we were in no hurry at all, yet they still couldn’t even apologize or anything. once they got there they gave us the food and walked away and didn’t say anything. we were just so annoyed that we took the order and left, the workers name was allie and she walked away so fast. we went to check if our order was right and it wasn’t, we wanted two large lemonades and we got mediums with no ice so the lemonade was warm and half of the food was just tossed around in the bag. they also insulted our truck, which is a toyota tacoma we laughed at first but it was just pure irritation from the customer service we were given. we are not happy with our service.

We waited 10mins in the drive thru for someone to take the order and no attendant spoke. Then we pulled up to the window and the attendant completely ignored us. Took and gave orders to ones before us and even the guy behind got assistance. Never been here before and I will not return. I don't think the employees even care what is done or said. 6 employees all on the phone and didn't do the job they were hired to do. Spoke with the manager and he didn't even care. I think if I had been a Karen maybe something would have happened. I went to the Mexican food place across the street instead. Too long of a day to deal with ignorant children that have no proper work ethic. These kids in this day and age are seriously lacking in anything. I'm 44 and have no tolerance for a joke of a staff. Disappointment is an understatement.

I ordered the original chicken and as I was waiting three minutes later they told me they had none would I like to have the crispy and I said no I want the original well we will have to make it and it could take 25 minutes. This is at rush hour time when people are leaving work and you should expect the fact that people are coming to get original chicken besides the crispy on their way home from work. So they went ahead and made original recipe chicken, and another customer came in and wanted it also so they do not care about having the proper chicken available at a rush hour time. They only expect you to order online and no walk-ins. And what else is bad is the prices went up $9 more just for a 8 piecemeal totaling $30. You can get chicken cheaper it Albertsons or even Smiths without the sides but go home and make some sides. You will save a lot more money. Do the bidens economy you might as well forget eating it Kentucky Fried Chicken. The chicken I got they put in the Box hot because I had to wait for it and then when you got it home it was mushy so stay away from Kentucky Fried. That is my suggestion.
