Kfc

We were there a bit late and ordered a $30 fill up meal crispy. They said it was going to be about 7 minutes on the chicken. It took a bit longer than that but every one of the items we received was excellent. The people were friendly and apologetic for the wait. Everything was so good, the wait was no issue. Overall, an excellent experience. Good job!

I placed an order at 5:16pm online for over $82 to feed several family members. I scheduled my pickup at 5:45pm, but could have picked it up at 5:24 that was offered. After three cars processed their order from the drive thru, I arrived to the drive thru at 5:47pm, and was told to wait in the parking lot and my food would be brought to my vehicle. I sat until 6:07pm and then called inside KFC to ask Walter what happened to my order. I was told that order had already been filled and taken out to their car. I told him, no, I'm still sitting in the parking lot! He quickly told someone in the background to rush the order of mine out. Walter delivered my order and some apologetic offering of additional food to us to cover our wait at 6:19pm. So, I am very upset that their distribution process is extremely messed up! This is not the first time this has happened from this KFC. And I will be sending my situation to headquarters.
