Panera Bread

Every morning its slow, to get a simple smoothie have to pull up with cars in front of me n wait for other cars to be served in order for a simple smoothie. Do not go if in hurry to get to work it never fails I have to wait in line for a 5 min smoothie. By time get smoothie the oatmeal is cold 😂 just rather go elsewhere for timely manner, food is good, timing is questionable.

I’ve probably ordered from several dozen Panera locations over the last couple decades and experienced various levels of quality and service. With that context, I feel qualified to say that Jean and Robert provided the best of both worlds...hands-down! Jean deserves to be a corporate trainer, should she desire, for fulfilling her expectation to go above and beyond for our party. Kudos to the team for a job well done! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Came here on a stop during a road trip. It was quick and clean. They got our food & drinks right. The staff was polite & helpful. It is just kinda pricey 🤷🏻‍♀️ I mean, $10 for a sandwich?? I thought for the “You Pick Two” my salad and soup portion was pretty small for $8. Still tasty and fresh. I appreciate Panera. Free coffee subscription is my fav! ☕️

We are from Scottsdale Arizona on a very important family get together and saw one of our favorite places to get coffee, pastries and sandwiches. Blown Away!!!’ Panera’s ambassadors Jennifer, Courtney and Kim are such nice professionals who went above and beyond in their effort to create that homey feeling. The food was AWESOME couple with hospitality to boot. We love the way they keep the place clean and the food was fresh off the griddle. My extended family had not experienced Panera before. The men folk are now hooked and rightly so. We all know extraordinary customer service is rare and we did not want the team at Panera to think it went unnoticed. The cranberry muffins were fluffy and the coffee was succulent. The Panera Corp should provide this location an award for being Friendly, all smiles, dedicated and keeping a very clean environment. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. One of the orders was wrong. Went to get coffee. No decaf. None. Not in the entire restaurant. When I sat down to drink my half cup of regular coffee it was cold. Went to the rest room. Even with a mask on it was not pleasant. The overhead lights over the stalls were not working, no light bulbs. The automatic paper towels dispensed 2 inches of paper. In order to dry my hands I had to wave my hands over the sensor 5 times to get an amount of paper adequate to dry my hands. Not a big deal but remember it was not pleasantly clean in there.

I've eaten here multiple times but the most recent time burned me enough to persuade me to leave a review. Our order was placed at 8:08 PM and scheduled to be ready at 8:18 PM. I arrive early and the food isn't ready which is no big deal but then I sat by the pick-up box for 22 more minutes until I had to ask someone about my food which had been ready to go since 8:18 according to the receipt. During this time, no one addressed me, offered assistance, acknowledged my existence, other orders were delivered to guests, and then I was treated like a burden when I finally asked about my food. Bottom line is when this place is good it's great but when it's not it's terrible.
