Absolutely amazing!!!!
I have been on holiday to Padstow this week and the shipwright's entertainment has been the Absolute hilight!
Wednesday's quiz was expected to be entertaining, however my expectations were exceeded. The teams even relieved a live performance of simply the best, which was 10/10!
Special mention to Kennedy, who was a delight and Reece the quiz master, who was hilarious!
Would 100% recommend !!!!

We had an excellent meal. Our family group had a great table upstairs and the dogs were allowed up too.
Our waiter Ethan was fantastic. Put up with all our questions and annoying requests with a smile on his face, and carried an impressive amount of plates in one trip.

Great, friendly staff (esp Eliza 😉), good selection of beers, tasty food, lots of TV’s showing sports - thanks for looking after us, we’ve had a smashing weekend!! 👏🏻👏🏻🙂

There was a great selection of food and it was delicious (especially the fajitas). Chloe and James were really attentive and friendly. Our experience was really pleasant and enjoyable and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Excellent location. Good menu choices and food nicely cooked. However this pub has a confused identity. Advertised as a sports bar but football is visual only with no sound🤷♀️. This is not a sports bar.

On an extremely busy evening (especially for a Monday), the staff were extremely pleasant, polite and helpful.
The food was excellent, we both had the rump steak which was cooked to perfection, medium rare, lovely and tender.
Here on holiday and time permitting, we will definitely be back!
Would definitely recommend.

Lovely pub and lovely location. Only downside is we were a party of 6 sitting outside and we were 1 chair short. We asked to bring one out from the inside but were abruptly told no sorry that’s not allowed, find a table inside, in the beer garden or another chair from outside (all taken, was a busy day!).
Is it really too much hassle to have one chair outside for half an hour so everyone can sit down? 😅

We noticed they had a pub quiz on a wednesday so booked a table, fantastic dog friendly pub.
The quiz was excellent very entertaining much better than the average pub quiz not too serious and great fun.
The food was exceptionally good we had eaten at Paul Ainsley and Rick Stiens and the food here was not out of place, exceptional value for money, the staff are great, helpful and efficient.
If your looking for nice food thats not going to cost a fortune highly recommended.

We stopped in for lunch. The service was excellent. We had a shared starter and the sauces were lovely. I had the fish and fries. The fish was cooked perfectly and the batter was sensational. All in all a great lunch experience. Thanks.

On the harbour side at Padstow. An oldie world looking pub. Beer garden at back or tables out the front.
Has a restaurant upstairs.
