Subway

Wish I can give them zero star. Terrible customer service, lady working on March 27, 2022, around 3 pm wasn’t in the mood to do her job. They were out of Tuna and needed 20 minutes to prepare it. We waited in the car and when we came back, she put up a sign stating she’s taking a 15 minutes lunch break. She saw us and told us we need to wait. No apologies and gave us massive attitude. She didn’t really seem interested in being there.

Went in with a buy one get one free sandwich coupon ,ordered and than presented the coupon and the cashier had a fit saying I am suppose to let them know before placing my order she wa so rude that I asked what the difference was, would they put less turkey I mean I honestly didnt get it but I believe in following the rules. Went in the other day and said I have a coupon and she stopped me and said we are not accepting those coupons here, so I asked how I am suppose to know when they do or dont and she said just walk in. Well gas is super expensive so I'm not going to just drive over and since no one answers the phones I'm left on red. I do not mind paying full price so I ordered my sandwich and geez they charged me $3.00 for avocado thats insane. I do not honestly think I will go back to this subway because the girl there not sure of her name but she young long black hair is so rude, the older guy who works there is super nice and very pleasant to deal with but my bad luck I always get her. Maybe there should be a phone number or web address to find out who's honoring the coupons that would be great.

Lady working there acted as if she’s doing us a favor preparing the subway sandwich OR as if she’s forced to work there. She ran out of tuna and told us to be back in 15 minutes. We came back in 25 minutes and she said she’s on a lunch break and locked the shop. Wouldn’t look at us at all. Very racist and unacceptable.

Ordered two sandwiches online. My boyfriend's was fine, and usually I'm not one to post poor reviews, but mine literally was missing half of the things I requested.... I asked for extra olives and normal banana peppers and got NONE and NONE of the sauces or seasoning I asked for. Asked for extra onion and got like 2 or three small pieces... Apparently out of olives but didn't even bother letting us know. I understand missing a thing or two and I used to work at Subway so I have some patience, but I have never had so many things missing and barely anything put on my sandwich when I clearly requested what I wanted.... DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING WHEN NOT IN FRONT OF THEM TO WATCH. We took it back and the guy wasn't even nice about it even though it was completely his mistake and just stone cold faced the whole time. Would not recommend here. We got the new one and it was DRENCHED in oil and I bit into the biggest jalapeno chunk my whole mouth was on fire. :( I love Subway and this truly disappointed me.

Myself and another customer waited in the lobby for nearly 10 minutes before the single employee working there came out of the back room. The other customer asked "what the hell are you doing back there? We've been out here for over 5 minutes." And the employee replied "I was busy dude, chill." He also told us the o ly two bread options were white or wheat. I assume he just hadn't made any of the other options. My sandwich quality was fine. Edit: your experience here will highly depend on who is helping you. Some of the team members are very friendly and kind. Others won't even make eye contact with you. The food is as expected for a Subway, which I personally enjoy.

Bread on 3 subs were all completely burnt forming an inedible crust. I mean dark brown and should not have been served. The meat portions were not even close to the normal subway portion and the worker followed suit with skimpy vegetables as well. My steak was ground up finer then usual. I'm assuming that was an attempt to hide the small portion. Absolute worst subs ever.
