Mcdonald's

I ordered a large Iced Carmel Machiato excuse the spelling. EXTRA CARMEL. I got my drink with NO Carmel. I asked the lady where’s the Carmel? She took the drink and not sure what she did and she gave it back. I said I asked for extra Carmel? She took the drink back and swirled it around and gave it back. I said this just looks like an iced coffee. She then told me that this is how she makes them and apparently never puts any Carmel in the Carmel drink? So then I politely asked for my money back. She proceeds to take the drink and yell at the people in the back. I heard her slightly say “oh?” Then she got real quite. A minute later she came to the window with the correct drink and said “How’s this!?” No apology not one ounce of remorse for her mistake. Now people I understand this is McDonald’s and only an iced coffee but this service is uncalled for. I’ve been in the retail business and there’s no need. So I’m short I won’t go back there for my iced coffee and I’m sorry for all the people before me who never received their Carmel.

I went today around 8 pm and ordered a couple of caffeinated drinks.some hot some cold. They gave us our order 20 mins later even though we were the only people there. As soon as we got the drinks my sister said she wanted a hot drink not a cold one but said she would drink it. We turn around and hear the workers talking in Spanish saying my sister was bratty and was probably going to through a fit. They all laugh including the manager and continue to say some other things i couldnt make out. The one doing the fries than asks who they were talking about and peeks her head and looks at us and made a comment about how we were all fat even though she was bigger. They than all start laughing again not knowing we knew the language. DON'T GO HERE
