When you visit this Subway location they tell that don’t participate in any promotion and don’t take any coupons. But when you go online you can see that promotion works. They are liars.

Restroom out of order sign. Reason: "they don't have to provide a restroom because of the pandemic." Is that a Pacifica city rule? I would think restrooms improved health and hygiene. Then the guy at the register got an idea and said "since you bought just a juice, it's on me" meaning the problem is with me. As if the restroom will magically be in order if I bought a footlong. Or maybe two footlong and a bag of chips and two sodas. I am not coming back here ever. He lost a lot of future sales because of the smart aleck comment and not saying sorry for not having a restroom available.

The cashier either hate his job or he is over worked. I've come to this Subway in Pacifica for 6 years, never encountered this guy who made me very uncomfortable. I said good morning, I was nice with big smile and still looks angry or something. He has seen me come to this store many times and yet his customer relationship is poor.
He did not apply my buy one get one free coupon, I just left and did not complain anymore. This guy is scary....

I love going to Subway, but there is no reason to lock the doors during business hours. If the teenaged worker wants to take a lunch break, that's fine, but don't lock the doors and then respond over the phone that you're still open.
It wasn't anywhere near closing time.

No one here knows how to work the register. Trying to pay with your Subway card? Don't bother, they can't understand how to use it. Trying to pay with the app? Don't bother, they don't even know how to make the laser work to scan the QR code. Instead of trying to figure out out, they'd rather throw away the sandwich that they just made.
There's nothing redeeming about this Subway as it next to impossible to even pay for the food WITH THE PAYMENT METHODS THAT SUBWAY ITSELF HAD CREATED. Useless. And the manager's willingness to make their ineptitude my fault is unforgivable. The Subway IOS App allows you to enter a giftcard into it, then use the App to pay at ANY Subway. This Anti-CSR decided that it's definitely my fault that she can't understand how to accept the payment method because I'm not ALSO carrying around the original gift card in addition to the App on the phone.
Wow. The irony. Skip this Subway if at all possible. There is another one just a couple miles away on Manor Ave.

Had coupon, in very small print on counter stating no coupons! Plus my steak & cheese had hardly any meat a total top off!

The employee wasn't very nice, maybe stressed out as the only one there?
My main complaint is the sandwiches were like eating bread for a meal, very little ingredients😔

Worst subway I've ever been too, the guy who started our sandwiches was rude, also how does a subway not have Italian herb & chz bread and not have avocado he said he only has guacamole ....I got the rostisserie chkn it was watery in return made my bread soggy😡
