Starbucks

I want to like this Starbucks - great location and nice and clean. Friendly staff. But terrible if you were hoping to sit inside and enjoy your beverage — they have the music cranked to 11 all the time and the speakers are not great quality so the noise is almost unbearable. The seats are also not very comfortable. Maybe they do it on purpose to keep people moving along.

The barista at the Starbucks Safeway Linda mar is the most thoughtful person in the world even though she was experiencing some issues with the espresso machine. When i came in very early a.m. to order a soy latte she advised me of the issue and offered the option of going across the parking lot where there's another and bigger starbucks. Apparently the shift from the night before left the self cleaning in the device going all night long so the barista had to wait til its safe to use. I was able to make an informed decision to place the order there regardless of the wait and do grocery shopping meanwhile. When I got back instead of picking up the latte she prepared my coffee right then because she didn't want it to get cold. I can't express enough how much I appreciated the thoughtfulness and regard I've experienced. Thank you for all that you do!
