One of my favorite cafes in PG to study at with ample seating, plugs at the tables against the wall, a comfy couch for reading. Service is quick and efficient.

I stopped here after a nice walk at lovers point to grab a smoothie and it was great. The mango peace fruit smoothie isn't too sugary or sweet. The pricing is fair too, and it feels nice to chill here. The couches are wayyyy to comfortable. In a good way

Food is pretty nice! I go to open mic night on Fridays, and it makes me feel more welcome in the Monterey communities. The amazing artists, musicians, and singers will always have a place here!

Nice roomy coffee shop in the center of downtown. Sweet staff and owners. Open mic night on Friday evenings is fun. Lot of funky cool artwork by local artist.

As good writing coffee shops go, Juice n Java is great. Friendly staff, Lots of room, tables, chairs and couches. Great coffee (sadly, no gluten free foods) but otherwise a great spot for writers, and dogs. Very dog friendly.

Love this place! My sisters and I wanted a place for good coffee and a comfy space to read. This totally checked all the boxes! I recommend and will definitely come back!

Forgot to take a photo - this review is specifically for their strawberry banana smoothie. They automatically use apple juice as their base but I substituted oat milk for it. Their smoothie was SO good I had to go back the next day to get another one. It doesn’t taste like they used any fillers (ice, water, etc), it tasted all natural and the consistency was nice and thick as well.
