Pizza Hut

We had the buffet. Apparently their fridge was not in working order so they were making salads and putting them in carry out containers. It was very basic and there were no choices, it was just lettuce and prepackaged dressing. They put chocolate pudding in cups. Both salads and pudding were room temperature. The soda fountain wasn't working so the waitress was pouring soda out of 2-liter bottles. The atmosphere was a little dated and messy. I personally love how Pizza Hut used to be and was excited to see this one location, not made into a wing street. Upon getting inside and seeing that this location appeared to be so run down and to be on it's way to closing, made me truly sad. The staff was very nice.

Only time I get any pizza there is when 1 person is there. The management team isn't on point like they need to be. I wish there was a way to get ahold of someone above the GM. If anyone knows, please let me know. I've worked in several pizza places, and that store is literally one of the only places of pizza I would not go. Not because the food is bad, but again. the management team not running the store the way they should.

Woman serving had a great energy and sense of humor which got this place a lot a positive from me... however food wasn't on buffet till 10 minutes after opening. I only get a 30 min lunch window so I cant wait for you to only turn on ovens 20 minutes after customers show up. You know you have a buffet so get it out before customers come in please

I've never had a problem with the Ozark Pizza Hut. I usually order online, but I've had to call twice to ask a question. BOTH times I called, the people who answered (Emily the first time, and Tim the second time) were extremely polite and helpful. The food is ALWAYS good and it is delivered quickly. They have THE BEST breadsticks ever. :)
