A relatively small restaurant with few tables for eating. Not a place where you would want to invite a large crowd. Very clean. The food is relatively inexpensive and tasty. The restaurant accepts online orders -- and they are prompt in filling orders. So if you would like your food hot, be sure you show up before the projected pickup time.

I love this Panda Express. Naja and the crew always seem so calm even under long lines sometimes. They get it done @ The Rose Panda 🐼 Express. You all deserve a 5 star for great service under pressure.

On Sunday night, January 9, this location served me burned food, it was smelling so bad that I could not eat it. It was too crowded and took 15 minutes to get to counter and I could not eat the food. Either the rice or the chow main was burned and rather producing a new batch, they served it and shoveled it down the throat of the customer. If it was not a pandemic time, I would return the box but I decided to threw it in the trash and left quietly, hungry and disgusted.

Terrible service. I called in my order to be ready at 745Pm, as i work graveyard shift. I arrived at just after 745 pm, and they had yet to start my order. AND BECAUSE OF THIS, I did not get to have what I ordered, what I always order from any Panda Express. I had pre ordered, so I would not have to wait. WELL, I had to wait, AND as I said, NOT get what I ordered. I could have waited LONGER... to get my dish of choice!!! OMG!!! This particular location is always less than stellar. It was convenient since i was working in Oxnard that night, but NEVER AGAIN.

Customer service was decent but food was crappy had to reorder to get fresh food because food was cold and stale and orderd ragoons were burnt and they forgot our order

This place is nasty.I ordered 6 regular plates for pick up , and once I got home all the plates came with chunks of burnt rice. I also called 2 times and no answer . Idk if they do this on purpose or what but I will not be ordering food from this place ever again! This happened from 5-6.

Worst Panda location! Please, if you order from them through the website for pick up, don't forget to check your food before you leave! They forgot some of my items twice ! I do have to say that is my fault too for trusting lazy staff that don't take that extra minute to make sure everything is in your order! I should have checked myself... Also, I did not get anything in return, only wasted my time, gas and energy without getting an apology from the so called "manager".
