After trying a few leftover bites from my son's order I almost gave up on Pancake.
However, when ordering for myself, I found the warm apple pancake to be heavenly.
Looking to explore the menu further.

30 minute wait for pancakes is ridiculous. When we received our pancakes they were cold and really thin. Overpriced and customer service is lacking. I will not visit or recommend this place.

Very tasty! The fruit was so fresh and delicious. It was all sweet but managed to not be *too* sweet. I do wish they had an easier to eat to go option. I think if they rolled them into cone shapes I would be more likely to buy them while walking around the collection. as a sit down breakfast though they are a solid A.

Drove down from SB, excited to take the kids to a new breakfast spot. Turns out, while the Annex opens at 7 am, this breakfast spot doesn't open until 9 am (we arrived at 8:40 am). We watched multiple potential customers walk away in disappointment while we ate our breakfasts from The Blend, Scratch, and Ragamuffin (all great).

Love this place. Unexpected little gem. Savory options are great as a meal and sweet options great for a shared dessert!
