Wendy's

Never ordering from this place again. They somehow managed to mess up 3x in one day for me. First order was missing an item, went to pick it up, they gave me the wrong item. My niece placed an order while I was picking up the missed item, and they got her order wrong on top of it. Don't waste your time and money. Go to the Rose, or Channel islands location.

The worst Wendys I have ever been too! I ordered ahead (via app *which also by the way is the worst app ever.. literally so many errors & issues it frustrates me to think about it) anywho get there & there’s a few cars in front of me of course, all good. I pull up to the order screen & I kid you not I waited 7mins & 46secs for someone to even acknowledge that I was at the screen, told them I’m here to pick up, they tell me pull up, I get to the window & again I waited this time for 6mins & 21secs for the lady to tell me the don’t have something in my order would I like to replace it ok cool yeah no biggie. I stopped keeping track of the time at this point, but I literally listened to almost two full songs before I got my drinks & by the end of the second song I had food, started my car & drove off. Yeah I turned my car off in the drive thru, don’t judge

Very poor service. Anytime I order here they get something wrong. Barely anyone who works the register seems to know how to actually work the register, so asking for things off your sandwich and stuff is always frustrating. Also, they refuse to open their front of house during breakfast hours, so ordering the admittedly great Wendy's breakfast options is almost impossible.
