Got excited to see a Tim's since all of ours in Lansing have gone out. Went through the drive thru here, very friendly. They didn't have any cake donuts that I wanted, but went with my usual vanilla cream and wasn't disappointed. Got chicken noodle soup as well and it hit the spot. (Not quite as good as Culver's, but pretty decent for fast food.)

My husband and I went to Tim Hortons on 7/3/22 around 11:15 am in Owosso, Michigan. There was one family in the restaurant eating. There were 4 female employees working including the manager. None of the employees said hello or said they would be with us in a moment. When the cashier came to the register she stared at us without smiling and said nothing. Unacceptable. FYI: My husband and I are an interracial couple. Did that make a difference?

I've been standing at the counter by myself for 10 min. I was greater with "we'll be with you in a moment" now I've watched 5 cars been helped in the drive thru. And one of the girls behind the counter was on her phone and then went to the back for something. I've written this entire review in the time I've watch 3 cars be helped. This service is ridiculous. Meanwhile one of the workers has been stocking stuff when she could also have helped. The drive thru is backed up.

For the last 3 days I have went there before work and the lady always tells me that the baker is behind and there isn't any donuts aren't you guys famous for ur tidbits I dont understand why you guys never have any in the morning maybe u need to find and new baker or have them come in earlier so you have product for customers. In the world we live in now u need all the customers you can get and not having things ready is very bad customer service..

Whoever was working there Sunday morning needs to take an elementary class on human interaction. When it comes to customers at the counter, they are complete zombies. Never seen anything that bad.

If I could give a review of less than one, I would. I will now be going to Starbucks. I have never been treated so rude.

morning crew service is terrible. always gets my drink wrong forgot to give me my card back twice! Burnt my bagel and overcharged my card. The evening crew never messes up my order. Dont understand how you get such great service from one shift but not the other

The food and beverages are always messed up and gross. The employees are super rude and dirty! The manager is sketchy as well. He ask for all my info and said he was gonna send me a gift card to make up for the messed up coffees I received- NEVER got one. Anywhere else is better, believe me.
